6. Shipping and Delivery
We currently ship within Australia only.
Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on postal service performance.
You will receive confirmation when your order has been dispatched.
7. Returns and Refunds
The Patti Flynn guarantee:
We want you to love your purchase. If you don't LOVE our soap upon opening your parcel or using your first bars, then please ship back the unused bars to us in decent condition and we'll refund you the price, excluding any postage.
No questions asked. And no hard feelings. We live for happy customers and value honest feedback to help us improve.
If the items have arrived damaged or defective we will need you to send photos so that we can follow this up with our shipping provider. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of used soap bars.
If you'd prefer to exchange or receive a store credit instead of a refund, please ask and we will happily discuss options.
8. Intellectual Property
All text, images, logos, and product names on this site belong to Patti Flynn Soapmaker or our content partners. You may not use them without written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
We do our best to ensure accuracy, but we cannot guarantee the site will always be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of our products or website.
