What’s your refund policy?
We want you to love Patti's soaps just like thousands of happy customers since 2001! However, if you don't love this soap right off the bat, simply ship them back and we'll refund you. No questions asked. Feedback always welcomed. Or if you'd prefer a replacement with alternative blends we would be happy to assist with that also.
Can I subscribe to receive soap regularly?
Unfortunately not yet! However we are working on being able to offer a subscription service that delivers your favorite Patti Flynn soaps directly to your door. Choose the frequency that works for you—and enjoy gorgeous soaps without the hassle of reordering. If you are hanging out to subscribe please let us know. The more we hear from the higher up the priority list it will go!
Do you ship internationally?
Not at the moment, but we have shipped to international destinations in the past and hope to again. If you would like this please drop's a line and mention the country you're from so we can add this to our priority list.
