Refund policy

The Patti Flynn guarantee:

We want you to love your purchase. If you don't LOVE our soap upon opening your parcel or using your first bars, then please ship back the unused bars to us in decent condition within 90 days, and we'll refund your entire order, excluding any postage. 

No questions asked. And no hard feelings. We live for happy customers and value honest feedback to help us improve.

If the items have arrived damaged or defective we will need you to send photos so that we can follow this up with our shipping provider. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of used soap bars.

If you'd prefer to exchange or receive a store credit instead of a refund, please ask and we will happily discuss options.
